Charm n Jewelry wants you to be 100% satisfied with your Jewelry purchase or you may return it no questions asked for an exchange or full refund. Returned items must be less than 60 days from original date of purchase. All items returned must be in original unused condition and will be inspected before credit is issued.

Charms that have been personalized or engraved "May Not" be returned.

Return items must include packing slip and packaged in a safe manor to avoid being damaged. Returned items must be insured and should be shipped by United States Postal Service, FedEx or DHL with signature required. This will allow you to track your return's progress. (PLEASE DO NOT USE UPS)

All returns are credited within 7 days upon receiving them.
